Mina is a half Korean and Half Vietnamese girl who is learning about the Vu Lan Festival that is celebrated on June 15th. She sees her parents setting up an altar and preparing food and learns to make a sweet rice cake with her mother. She is told that the festival is meant to honor parents and ancestors with offerings made at home and at the Vietnamese temple. Her family visits a temple and prays. Afterwards, they light and hang a paper lantern on a tree. The next day the family packs up old clothes and toys to give to their local Vietnamese charity. Mina is happy to remember her ancestors and help others, looking forward to doing it again next year

NAS Oceana is a military airport in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 1. John Jr and Vasi was very excited to go and see the Cleveland Guardians play against the Cincinnati Reds. They arrived at Progressive Field in Cleveland. John Jr handed his ticket and all the sudden there was a bunch of commotion. John Jr and Vasi seemed confused. 2. A few of the Cleveland Guardian players surrounded John Jr and Vasi. They told John Jr that he was the lucky ticket holder that gets to play for the Guardians. John Jr was excited but explained that Vasi had to come along as well. The players agreed. 3. John Jr and Vasi was escorted to the dugout where the players all sit.John Jr was a fan of baseball, but never played it all that much. He told a few of the players about this and they decided to try to teach him how touse a bat. John Jr practiced how to use a bat while Vasi pitched a ball at him. 4. The game was going well for the Cleveland Guardians. The time came for John Jr to go up and bat. The first pitch, John Jr swung too high and missed the ball. The second pitch, John Jr was focused and hit the ball far out in right field. John Jr took off running and made it safely to 2nd base. 5. The next batter came out. He ended up sending the ball into the bleachers and made a home run. John Jr and that batter both made it back to the home plate safely. 6. John Jr returned back to dugout and all the teammates gathered around to praise him for a good job. The players give John Jr and Vasi a souvenir of the Guardians as an appreciation token. Danny the dinosaur runs away from home and encounters many different dancing animals on the way to the Dance competition. he passes a jitterbug that trys ot teach him how to dance but he fails, he meets a chicken that trys to teach him the Chicken dance but he can't do it, while taking a bath in the lake he meets a crab that tries to teach him how to do the crab walk and fails and finally meets a worm that tries to teach him the break dancing move called the worm and he fails. when he finally gets to the competition he was very nervous because unlike the other animals he didn't have Dinosaur dance. Danny signed up for the competion and his family was there, the jitterbug, the worm, the crab and the chicken all came to cheer him on. Danny gets on stage and closed his eyes while the music started paly in front of the judges. He slightly bent his knees, extended his arms out to the side then quickly straightened his legs stomping his paws on the stage with his hands up over his head. He kept repeating in a stomping motion lowering and raising his hands. At fist the audience and the judges were frightened until Danny starts to do this to the beat of the music. Then the audience started to do it with him. When the music ended Danny stood there with his hands in the air with head to the sky. One judge started to clap then all the judges started to clap and the audience broke into a loud roar of enthusiasm. The judges gave Danny all 10's across board. His mother was so proud, and his father apologized for telling not to chase his dream. The moral of the story is to always go after your dreams. Your vision may not be someone's else's vision. Danny created the "Dinosaur STOMP"
