They helped Kiki to get better, even though they were the ones who looked for food for Kiki. They were always there for Kiki and looked after her. 5. Apparently, Kiki was sick for 2 days. And during that time, Cici and Lulu did not leave Kiki. On the third day, Kiki had recovered. Kiki had started to walk normally and laugh. 6. Benji stretched his legs and wagged his tail. Then, he ran out of his house and into the big, green forest. As he walked, he saw a tall, strong tree standing in the middle of the path. "Wow! What a big tree!" Benji said. He stood still and stretched his arms up like the branches. (Children move into Tree Pose – stand on one foot, arms up.) Benji heard a soft "meow." He turned and saw a small, fluffy cat sitting on a rock. "Hello, Cat! What are you doing?" asked Benji. "I am stretching my back," said the cat. She arched her back up and then down. (Children do Cat Pose – on hands and knees, round and arch the back.) Benji and the cat continued walking together when they heard a hissing sound. "What is that?" asked the cat. A long, shiny snake slithered out from behind a bush. "Hello, friends," said the snake. He stretched his body long and lifted his head. (Children do Snake Pose – lie on the stomach, hands under shoulders, and lift the chest.) Benji and the cat were happy to meet the snake. "Do you want to come on our adventure?" they asked. "Yes! But first, let’s rest on this big rock," said the snake. The three friends sat quietly on the rock, feeling the warm sun on their backs. (Children do Rock Pose – kneeling, fold forward, forehead on the ground, arms by sides.) After resting, they all stood up, stretched, and continued their adventure together, ready for more fun! Once upon a time in a sunny little town, there was a small boy named Freddy who loved baseball more than anything! Even though he was tiny and not very strong, his heart was as big as the baseball field. He admired Barry Bomber, a famous player who won many games with his spectacular hits. Johnny tried out for the little league team but it didn't go well; every swing he took missed the ball and some of the other kids laughed at him. Instead of playing on the field, the kind coach asked Johnny to help manage the team. Freddy accepted with a smile because he still got to be near baseball. To everyone's surprise, Coach asked Johnny to take Brock's place. Nervous yet excited, Johnny put on his helmet and picked up the bat. When it seemed like all hope was lost with two runs down in their final inning, something magical happened. It was Johnny's turn to bat and BOOM! With a surprising swing of his little arms, he hit a grand slam home run! Everyone cheered wildly as they lifted Johnny onto their shoulders celebrating their unexpected win thanks to our tiny hero's great effort.
