Addi is a beautiful toddler girl who is half Asian and half white. She decides one day she is going to go on an adventure. On the journey she comes across big chocolate chip cookies and a milk river, then a forest of green and purple feathers that make her stop amd laugh, then she meets a pink princess that smells like bubblegum. The pink Princess asks her if she would like a tea party so they have a tea party in a garden filled with candies and chocolates as flowers. The pink princess gave her a pink teddy bear, which came to life and greeted Addi. They danced and had fun. The sun started to set and it was time for addi to go home. Pink princess said to take Teddy with her. On her bed, Addi put Teddy next to her. Mommy asked where teddy came from and Addi replied "from the princess!" Mommy gave Addi a kiss goodnight and then drifted to sleep.

Once upon a time, in ancient Greece, there was a powerful and mighty god named Zeus. He was the king of all the gods and ruled over Mount Olympus. But Zeus' journey to becoming the king was full of adventure and bravery. Zeus was the youngest son of Cronus and Rhea. Cronus, his father, was very worried because a prophecy said that one of his children would overthrow him. So, Cronus decided to swallow each of his children as soon as they were born. One by one, they were swallowed, but when Zeus was born, his mother Rhea had a plan. She hid baby Zeus in a cave on the island of Crete and gave Cronus a stone wrapped in a blanket, which he swallowed instead. In the cave, baby Zeus was cared for by nymphs and a magical goat named Amalthea. "I will protect you, Zeus, until you are strong enough to face your father," said Amalthea. Zeus grew up strong and wise, and when he was ready, he decided to free his siblings and challenge Cronus. Zeus made a special potion and tricked Cronus into drinking it. Cronus felt very sick and, to everyone's surprise, he threw up all of Zeus' siblings! They were Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, and Poseidon. "Thank you, Zeus! Our Kindergarten class is learning how to deal with big emotions. When they are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions they should tell an adult they need a break, how we can help them or what is making them feel that way. We want to help them understand their feeling so that they will be able to learn to self-regulate. We encourage deep breathing, breaks, walks, alone time and telling adults how they feel.
